 Goodbye Denise, we will all miss you!!

We are all so sad to have to say goodbye to Denise McPartlin, who has been working with us as our Periodontist for nearly 3 years. Denise has been struggling with a hectic work schedule, alongside increasing family commitments and has decided to consolidate all of her workload to one practice so that she is closer to home and to her children.

Denise has been an asset to our team, and has worked magic on our patients. She will be dearly missed by staff and patients.

Xmas present ideas

 Tooth whitening-We offer 2 different types of tooth whitening: In Surgery tooth whitening which is done over a couple of hours and has immediate effects and costs £572 for upper and lower arches.Home whitening is the other option. In this method we take impressions of the teeth and make customised fitted trays which you wear either for either an hour in the day or overnight, for approx 2 weeks and costs £364 for upper and lower arches, (Arches can be done individually).Home whitening trays can be made in house within 2 hours (if staff available). This may be the perfect xmas present for someone special.Alternatively, the 2 methods can be done in combination with each other for that extra WOW factor! This costs £676. Please ask staff for more details and prices.

 

 

Clearstep-Invisible Orthodontics

Dr Rebecca Patterson, recently registered as a Clearstep practitioner. Clearstep is an invisible orthodontic system designed to treat all types of orthodontic problems, from just a small gap to severe crowding.

A whole range of exciting invisible orthodontic approaches are available and Rebecca will discuss all possible options with you to ensure that the most comfortable and efficient method for your orthodontic problem is chosen.

During the course of treatment we will monitor your progress at regular intervals until the best possible result is achieved or until you are happy with your smile.
    Clearstep is unlike conventional orthodontics it's almost invisible and unlike other clear brace systems; we care able to tackle crowding problems.

Clearstep got off to a flying start and Rebecca has already got many patients participating in this treatment.

                                         

 

Welcome Zainab!!!

Zainab Malaki

BDS, MFDS RCS (Eng) graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2002 with a BDS degree.

Thereafter, worked in general dental practice for 4 years.

Zainab also worked as senior house officer in oral and maxillofacial.

In 2007, she started MClinDent course at Kings College in Periodontology.

Zainab will be replacing Denise McPartlin, working with us as a Periodontist-Gum Specialist.

 

Congratulations Laura!!!

Laura gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl at the end of August. Proud parents Laura & Dan named their little princess ‘Amelia’.

Laura is on maternity leave until February when we will hopefully have her back!

Congratulations again Laura she is absolutely booooootiful!!!!!!
