All our team are highly qualified and dedicated to providing the best dental care possible, regularly attending courses, conferences and seminars to ensure we remain at the forefront of our field.
 

Kerry Osborne-Smith BDS MSc FDS MRD RCS (Ed) Principal Dental Surgeon and registered Specialist in Prosthodontics	Xyanthe Lambert RDN RDR OHE Xyanthe is a registered Dental Nurse who qualified in 2003.  Xyanthe is also a qualified Dental Radiographer and Oral Health Educator and continues her Professional Development in  Cosmetic Imaging.
Laura Seward RDN Practice Manager Laura is a registered Dental Nurse and Practice Manager who is both knowledgeable and motivated in answering all of your questions.	Gabrielle Newman RDN RDR Gabby is a registered Dental Nurse who qualified in August 2005, she is also qualified as a Dental Radiographer and passed the national examination for this in december 2006. Together with the occasioanl day nursing, Gabby shares the reception duties with Laura and manages the marketing of the practice. Gabby is fully knowledgable in all aspects of your dental related queries
Mandy Rawson RDN RDR RPS Mandy joined our team in November 2007. She is a registered Dental Nurse who qualified in January 2005. Mandy successfully qualified as a Dental Radiographer in June 2008.  Mandy has also taken on the responsibilty of being the Radiation Protection Supervisor within the practice and manages our website.	Jane Chisholm-Alspach Dip. Dental Hygiene Jane qualified at the Royal Dental Hospital in London and has since worked in teaching hospitals (The Eastman Dental Institute London and Addenbrookes, Cambridge) as well as private practice including Harley Street and the U.K’s only private childrens practice. Jane is currently the Chairperson of the Eastern Region British Society of Dental Hygiene & Therapy. She is recognised for her ability to care for nervous patients.

Rebecca Patterson B.D.S   
                                    
Rebecca joined our team in May 2008 and
 has taken on her own patient list at
the practice. 
Rebecca qualified from Cardiff Dental                
School in 1997 and spent six years
working in a practice in Nottinghamshire
as an associate. Rebecca then moved to Scotland
and spent three years working between two
practices, again as an associate.  
Rebecca is a keen and enthusiastic dentist 
      who is committed to providing excellent patient care.
Rebecca is also now a registered Clearstep practitioner (invisible orthodontics) and provides this service at Smiles Better.
Rebecca is a credit to our team and very popular with our patients.            
                                  

 Caroline Mason -Dental Hygeinist/Therapist  

Smiles Better are pleased to welcome Caroline Mason to our expanding team! Caroline is our newest Dental Therapist/Hygienist and is currently working with us on Saturdays and Tuesdays.
Caroline trained and qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist from Sheffield University. Caroline is a member of The British Society of Dental Hygiene and Therapy (BSDHT). Caroline continues to broaden and update her knowledge and skills with post graduate courses in her field to aid her and her patients in the practice. Caroline also does in-surgery and home whitening.
