Hello Mandy.
What a change has been made to my life by you all over at Smiles better.
I still hide behind my hand sometimes but because I have been doing it for so long now and have not got used to not doing it yet, But I am sure that my hand is getting lower everyday.
I HAVE got my smile back and it’s thanks to you ALL.

A big thank you again to you all and thanks for the personal attention you all have given me.

Please say thank you to Kerry too, she has been fantastic since that first meet back in August.

Firstly I should like to thank you all for the great care you are taking of our teeth, and secondly I should like to write a recommendation that, if you wish to use parts of (or all) for your website I should be most happy.

I first came to your practice in a caring capacity with my friend who is in a wheelchair. I was taken with the care and consideration of everyone we met there. That, in addition to the professionalism, expertise and overall friendliness impressed me to such an extent that I, and also my husband, are now patients of Smiles Better. This, in spite of the fact that we live in North London and have a journey of 100 miles to reach you!

I would most heartily recommend your services to everyone – in particular any nervous patients (like me!) and can with all honesty say that the once dreaded trip to the dentist is now a pleasant experience.

I know that my friends Anne and Fred Williamson are writing to express their appreciation of the super treatment we are all receiving at Smiles better and although I haven't seen their email, I know I can endorse all their comments as we have often agreed how glad we are to have found you!

As a wheelchair user, I would just like to add that it is such a pleasure to find that premises which are said to be accessible really are! There are no difficulties with access anywhere at Smiles Better, with plenty of space and easy transfer to the dental chairs - and even occasionally treatment in my wheelchair.

Finally I would like to say what a difference the warmth and friendliness of everyone there makes to a patient and especially a nervous one like myself. I would never have believed that visits to a dentist could be a pleasant experience!

Dear Ladies,

Just a short note to say a big big thank you for looking after me over the past 3 months, not only have you lovingly restored my teeth, but also my confidence in going to the dentist.

Having not been to a dentist for some 5 years and being fully aware of the fact I needed to have quite a bit of work done, I took the decision to find a lady dentist in the hope of a little extra tlc and in no way have I been dis-appointed.

Whilst mention must go to Becky, Charlotte and Jane for all their kind assistance and encouragement, I need to reserve a special big thank you to Rebecca for not only putting up with me, but also for all the excellent work she has done. Everyone has commented on how great my front crowns look and the fact I no longer have to hold onto the old ones when I sneeze or break up my food is a real bonus!!

Smiles Better definitely provides service of the highest quality, in a very caring manner whilst not forgetting the smiles.
